Kim brings seven years of experience in the real estate industry. She first became a licensed real estate agent in Philadelphia, PA, before moving to Michigan. Currently, Kim is a buying and listing agent for both residential resale and new construction homes in Macomb and Oakland Counties. Not only is Kim a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and Michigan, but she also obtained a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. 

When buying and listing homes, Kim pays close attention to her clients' specific needs and wants and executes. She believes that in such a competitive market it is crucial to be accessible to clients and to build relationships that will last a lifetime.

Nicole Ulewicz has been dedicated to helping people buy, build and sell real estate for 23 years. Nicole has been a full-time, top producing agent in Macomb & Oakland County and has managed nearly 20 new housing developments to date. Her new construction specialty has launched her into closing over 1500 transactions and earned her a Re/Max Platinum Cub designation along with becoming Re/Max Hall of Fame recipient.

Nicole is especially proud that her continuing success in real estate is largely based on her ability to quickly identify the client's needs and provide a plan that’s tailored to their best outcome. Sabrina leads marketing, branding, and administrative operations for NU Beyond The Sale.

Sabrina obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walsh College and brings over five years of experience in corporate marketing to the team. Her collective skills and experience are an asset to our team.
